These Terms govern your use of the Snapiq Chrome extension, website, and related services (the "Service") provided by Yibo William Yang ("Snapiq", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Snapiq is a screenshot and image-capture tool that lets you take region screenshots, full-page screenshots, and merge images. Free and Pro tiers are available.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• Send spam or malware, or interfere with the Service's security;
• Probe, scan, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Capture or share content you do not have the right to capture or share.

4. Intellectual property

Snapiq and all related software, documentation, and branding are owned by Yibo William Yang. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the screenshots you create.

5. Payment, subscription and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

You can cancel at any time from your account page via "Manage billing", which opens the Stripe customer portal; access remains until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

9. User content

You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely as needed to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your screenshots.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
