Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. Contact us with the email address you used at checkout, see contact details below. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Canceling future renewals

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account page via "Manage billing", which opens the Stripe customer portal. After canceling, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

After the 14-day period

Beyond 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong.
